We began in the Spring of 2006, with a simple goal:  A few men gathering to sing songs of faith and everyday life.  This is our 7th Spring together and while that time has flown by, the experience has been outstanding!

We chose the name Sonnenberg Station because it gives a unique local identity and we like the sound of it.  Sonnenberg Station is actually located at a railroad crossing about a mile northeast of the Sonnenberg Mennonite and Salem Mennonite Churches near Kidron, Ohio. For more info about the origin of the name, check out the About Us page.

Directed by Tim Shue of Kidron, the group is made up of fifteen talented local men dedicated to their love of making great choral music. Come expecting lively spirituals, thoughtful texts, and even tongue-twisting tunes from a variety of cultures and traditions.
